Do I need to register to place an order?
You can place an order in Guest mode, but once you confirmed to purchase and proceed to payment, the registration is required. We provide Facebook and Google allow fast login access.

Do I need a website password of Facebook and Google login?
We trust third party login like Facebook and Google, and there is no password needed; unless you switch the email login.

Can I able to change or cancel the order?
Please let ask know immediately if need to change or cancel order, send us email with details information such as order number or change, and we will reconfirm the order status.

How can I check the order status?
Click the personal profile icon, will lead to the order status.

How to change the currency setting?
On top right corner, there is currency setting that support and allow changing multiple currencies.

What is the exchange rate?
Exchange rate is based on USD, if your credit card not based on USD, there is additional conversion for converting to the local currency.

Can’t use my coupon/discount code?
Coupon code offer is for designated product, and only apply in each order. If there is problem of using our coupon code, please contact our customer service staff.

Cancel and refund order

How long I can get the money back?
Once the cancel order confirmed, we will start the refund process and due to different banks handling time, the refund process may take up to 14 days.
